It seems so long ago now!

This was the fundamental question that Ms Gillard put to Tony Abbott.   You only need to listen to the first few minutes.

 

I have no idea why Tony Abbott didn't go in hard.  I believe Ms Gillard broke the law.   How else to view her passing off of the AWU-WRA as a legitimate element of the AWU?
