The British Foreign Secretary's speech, delivered in Sydney today

The United Kingdom's Foreign Secretary William Hague this morning delivered the John Howard Lecture for the Menzies Institute. The speech covered a range of foreign policy issues and explored Australia and the UK as partners both in Asia and globally.
