Malcolm Turnbull last night gave a good speech about Conroy's new media controls.

Just after Malcolm Turnbull starts to speak in response to Conroy's so called media reforms in the video you posted today I noticed in the bottom right of frame somebody waving an ipad around with an image of what appears to be two people. 

It just seems odd that in such an important matter to the public that somebody from the Government side of the house whose wage is tax payer funded would be clowning around like this.
