The US Supreme and Arkansas Supreme Court orders disbarring Bill Clinton as a lawyer - and the prohibition on him acting for a US charity
Clinton's capacity to lawfully act for a US charity will be an issue in the investigation of the corrupt donations made to the Clinton Foundation - funded by Australian taxpayers.
A person who is disbarred as a lawyer for offences of dishonesty is incapable of acting as a trustee or director or "responsible person" for a US charity.
