The AWU Scandal - Bruce signs up

The Specific Power of Attorney was certainly interpreted broadly by Slater and Gordon. The power of attorney purports to grant to Wilson the authority to do anything in relation to the purchase of property in the state of Victoria.
Spend all my money? Sign me up for debts I can't pay? Get one mortgage, why stop at that? Why not a few dozen? It's a most peculiar thing in its breadth and in the interpretation that says that a power of attorney to purchase property automatically is a power of attorney to incur substantial debt.
