The AWU Scandal - Victoria Police FOI Explanatory Letter

This letter from a person named Robin Davey, the FOI manager in the Victoria Police details the reasons that Robin Davey has decided not to release much of the file on the limited investigation that Victoria Police undertook into Wilson and his activities.

I think it's a pretty scant release by Robin Davey. I take issue with Robin Davey and his/her personal reasons as an FOI officer to refusing to release the full file.

These are the reasons Robin Davey has set out.

In particular, Robin Davey may review Robin Davey's opinion that "There is no wrong to be righted".

I'm sure that Robin Davey has meticulously maintained files and a very clean desk.
