The Australian's Andrew Burrell reports today that Joe Trio is speaking publicly for the first time about The AWU Scandal.

This piece from the West Australian newspaper from 1996 quotes Joe Trio. In this article and a previous interview referred to in the piece, Mr Trio gives two different versions of his understanding of the role of the AWU-WRA as distinct from the AWU itself.
