Reporting the real story on train delays in Sydney

City Rail in Sydney has PR people. You hear them on the radio and when there are big dramas on TV and quoted in the papers.

Compare and contrast the PR people who refer to service difficulties and system outages and the like, with the direct on the ground fair-dinkumness of Pascal Grosvenor.

First up I wouldn't know Pascal Grosvenor from a bar of soap, but I liked his stuff here about the reality of train delays. He's linked in to a facebook site where city rail employees talk about the truth, not the spin - and you can see for yourself that his stuff comes from on the ground, not from the press release.
