Wayne Swan just said Tony Abbott missed a vote because he was drunk

Ms Gillard is not in Question Time today.

Wayne Swan is filling in for her.

Shaky, nervous, not at all confident.

In answer to question about his budget speech that predicted 4 years of surplus, he had a go at Tony Abbott for not supporting the Labor stimulus package.

"You missed that vote because you were drunk".

How Swan was not thrown out of the House is beyond me.
