I was at my lawyer's office this morning.  He had a copy of the Australian Financial Review newspaper on the coffee table.

I was so moved by Fairfax's ad that I took a photo of it.   In a paid advertisement you can say what you want.   Fairfax says its independent, free from the control of others, self-reliant.

Maybe it was the setting - you know, the office of the defamation lawyer who cleared the Bob Kernohan interview for broadcast.   Maybe it was going through the files again - my files, the client files of me, Michael Philip Smith where I received Bruce's guidance about the Gillard allegations.

It was probably the juxtaposition of all of that law book stuff and Fairfax's ad.  Something in the incongruence triggered me to take a closer photo.   Read the text at the bottom of Fairfax's ad.

And you'll realise it's just an ad.   Bullshit from bullshit artists.

Fairfax backed the wrong horse when they punted Bob Kernohan and bowed to the suspect in a major fraud squad investigation, Julia Eileen GILLARD.   They weren't following the truth then.   They were protecting their corporate interests.

Fairfax Media Ltd, you owe Bob Kernohan a public apology.

And you owe us all an apology for this.
