Transfer of hard-heads from Manus Island

I have received credible advice that trouble-maker detainees on Manus Island are to be brought back to Christmas Island to be dealt with in more secure conditions.

Detainees from Christmas Island whose behaviour has been notably good are on their way to Manus.
