Bill is very proud not only of his wine collection, not only of his superior audio recording techniques while he's on talkback - but of the content of his Friday Wrap Conversations!

Now Bill, most of us will understand the bottle of Cloudy Bay Chardy or Savvy - but what is the white powdery substance you store in such quantity with the grog?
