4 days from now the ruling patriarchs of the United Arab Emirates will receive the Gillard roadmap to modernity.

Ms Gillard has been booked by the Sheik to deliver the speech outlined below.

If Tony Abbott warranted the misogyny tongue-lashing that Ms Gillard delivered with such heart-felt passion, imagine what's instore for the Sheik and Islam Central!
