One more sleep, just one more sleep.
The Honourable Mr John Dyson Heydon AC QC

We have had a bit of malicious activity to deal with today

This website is hosted on the typepad platform, one of the most mature and stable blogging platforms on the web.   As of right now the website should be operating as a stock-standard typepad site, hosted by typepad and free of any advertising.   Please let me know if you see any ads on the site.

I've not had a problem with denial of service or other malicious attacks on the site - until today, the day that the Royal Commission into Unions was confirmed!

Along with some very well informed and capable helpers I've spent the bulk of today learning more than I could have imagined about the world wide web and the way it operates.   As a result (and a rebuild of this site) we are operating now as normal.

We've attended to every detail that Google in particular has asked of us.   I hope that tomorrow we will start operations with a certified clean bill of health from Google (I've asked for that) - and confirmation of a Royal Commission of Enquiry into Australia's trade unions, their officials, their advisers and their funders.

This website is operating as it always has on Internet Explorer and on my Firefox browser there are no alert messages coming up.

Thanks for your patience!   Big day tomorrow and vindication for Bob Kernohan who hasn't faltered from day one and for Ian Cambridge who will see his 1996 request for a Royal Commission granted.

To Bob and all honest unionists, congratulations.
