Craig Thomson sentencing: Prosecution wants him jailed.

Michael is in the courtroom in Melbourne today.

Prosecution has just specified that it wants a Thomson jailed immediately and anything less would be "manifestly inadequate".

"He has uttered not one single word of remorse. His actions were arrogant in the extreme", the Prosecutor has told the court.

Thomson is claiming depression, marital problems, etc and has offered to pay back the stolen money to the HSU.

Jason Morrison comment: after swearing black and blue for years now that he didn't do it - amazing how they turn when they start visualising time in the big house. Magistrate should disregard his sorry BS. Time for that was long ago. Hope his toothbrush is packed.
