ABC Managing Director Mark Scott has just issued this apology to Chris Kenny.

Scott was dragged kicking and screaming but finally said sorry for THAT sketch - which, by the way, the ABC had 200 complaints about.

Last October, more than 7 months ago, an in-house inquiry found the image did NOT breach the broadcaster's editorial policies. 

Somebody has some major judgement issues at the ABC. 

We won't reprint the image or further allude to it as Chris has dealt with enough humiliation but the ABC's defence of this into the Supreme Court shows group think is alive and well at the once respected national broadcaster. 

It needs some grown-ups in charge.
