The web stream service unfortunately failed this afternoon after lunch for one hour. The web stream is not recorded/videoed. The only official record of the proceedings is the transcript (once a corrected version is uploaded to the web site).

The web stream provider has advised that the problem from this afternoon has been rectified and the service is expected to be fully operational in the morning.

Media at the Commission covered the afternoon proceedings in the hearing room on Level 5.
