Listen to activist lawyer John Faine vigorously fight for his client, the former Prime Minister.

Of course, he's not working pro-bono. He's employed by the unbiased, independent, taxpayer funded ABC.

It's a good thing we have people like John Faine to advise Dyson Heydon QC - after all, Justice Heydon is only a former Judge of the High Court....and what the hell would a judge of the highest court in the land know in comparison to Faine, a former community legal officer.

Hey Mark Scott ... how's your balanced ABC travelling?
