Michael just called from outside the hearing room.

"Senator David Feeney's former chief of staff Stephen Donnelly is sitting in front of me. He has a summons to attend the commission in his hand.

"He confirmed to me that he has been summonsed.

"Marco Bolano stated that Senator David Feeney's chief of staff worked on Bolano's union election campaign.

"That could be a problem if he was paid by the taxpayer during that period".
