Commissioner Bernie Riordan (former unionist with the ETU and mate of Tony Sheldon) has been sworn.

Bernie Riordan is being shown details of the $20,000 that winged its way into his ETU election fund. He can't recall having any conversation with anyone about the $20,000, just can't remember a thing.

"Did you have any discussion with anyone about an international money transfer?" Nuh.

He only found out about the transfer at about 3.40PM yesterday afternoon when the Royal Commission told him.

"My election, nominations for my election closed in July 2011."

Mr Riordan has been excused after successfully failing to remember much at all.
