Ian Dick, former auditor of the Vic No 3 Branch of the HSU has been sworn

Mr Dick previously gave evidence to the Commission in its previous HSU hearings.

Mr Stoljar explained that Mr Dick appears today to be cross examined by Mr Irving.

Mr Irving asked Mr Dick if he was the auditor for both the No 3 Branch and the National HSU while Craig Thomson was national secretary. He agreed.

At 3.56PM Mr Dick was excused.

THE COMMISSION IS ADJOURNED UNTIL 10AM TOMORROW
