Mr Agostinelli appeared before the Commission in its previous hearings into the HSU. He was the auditor for the No 3 Branch, Kathy Jackson's branch.

He appears today to be cross examined by Counsel for the HSU.

Mr Irving is examining Mr Agostinelli.

At 2.45 Mr Agostinelli was excused.
