Lee Atkinson has been sworn

Mr Atkinson has been sworn, he was in 2013 (and may still be given his shirt) an organiser with the HSU Victoria No 1 Branch. He gives sworn evidence that he did not complete his own Right of Entry test. He is unclear as to who did sit the test.

He was briefly examined by Mr Stoljar - Mr Van der Weil for the HSU Vic No 1 Branch is now cross examining him.

AT 9.46AM Mr Atkinson was excused.
