The Commission has heard from Counsel Assisting that 8 witnesses have made statements representing 8 separate companies operating at 16 building sites.   Each of those witnesses states that they were advised by the CFMEU not to do business with Boral - if witness says the same thing, that Boral was blackbanned by the CFMEU.

Counsel for the CFMEU Mr Agius has not objected to the statements and each of the statements has been tendered and received directly into evidence without the need for any of the witnesses to give evidence or be cross examined.

THE CFMEU HEARINGS ARE ADJOURNED UNTIL 2PM

The Commissioner will shortly hand down his "Reasons for Order" in respect of an HSU matter.
