Stephen Miller, former finance manager for the Victoria No 1 Branch has been called

Mr Miller has been sworn, he has adopted a witness statement which has been received into evidence.

Mr Miller was appointed finance manager during the time of the court-appointed administration.

He was terminated by Ms Asmar after her election in December 2012.

Under cross examination by Mr Van der Weil Mr Miller stated that he was terminated by Ms Asmar not for reasons of political affiliation but for what was described as work performance related matters.

At 1053AM Mr Miller was excused.
