My plans for the next few weeks
Thursday, 15 January 2015
Our site has suffered a bit of a setback with the big computer that held my publishing programs, data and countless files and photos having now gone to God. The computer doctors have given me a hard drive that is alleged to contain my data, however this morning's searches on it by me have failed to uncover any danger of exposure to my own material. We continue our correspondence with the local representatives of the IT Abyss.
I have prepared some correspondence for the Royal Commissioner in the TURC about the centrality of the media and its misuse by experts in their efforts to hide trade union malfeasance. I will let you know of its progress.
I've also put together an analysis of the Commission's final report, particularly as it relates to the relative culpability of Ralph Blewitt and Julia Gillard as agents in the commission of the various AWU WRA apparent offences. You've already guessed its location - it's a fairly large piece of work and I'll publish it in pieces later in the month when business in Australia resumes its regular cadence.
I've promised you the second half of the Mick Baker law suit and my analysis of it - and I'll publish that too in the next few weeks.
Finally you know that I am the complainant in reporting Ms Gillard's course of conduct to the Chief Commissioner of the Victoria Police Ken Lay APM. I was saddened to hear Chief Commissioner Lay announce his retirement over the Christmas break. It's not escaped my attention that the newly elected CFMEU Government of Victoria will be responsible for selecting his replacement. I'll therefore do my absolute best to exercise whatever proper rights I have so as to give you an informed idea about where the Victoria Police investigation is up to (prior to the CFMEU delivering its new vision for policing in that state).
As always you can help to keep this website operating (a new computer will be a major expense in that regard) here.

PS - just to put a couple of furphies to bed, I'm not in Queensland doing any paid work (other than my normal activities here on this website) I'm not working for Gina and I'm not looking for a job with 4BC/2GB or 2UE!
In the absence of the old faithful computer I'm running the website from a local library and everything takes several times as long to complete, bear with us and we'll be back to full power shortly.
