McDonalds should do a customer service training video based on this exchange from the plan-free-zone on Planet Palaszczuk.

Drive-through customer, "May I have my burger please."

Macca's team-leader, "Your burger is cooked to perfection, it has been assembled and boxed but you may not have it yet. We will deliver your burger at a time of our choosing."

Meal-deal purchaser, "If it's ready, why can't I have it now?"

Macca's, "I will deliver it at a time of my choosing, when I am ready. Now shut up and move to the parking bay for a few days please."
