I hope the government has a penalty clause providing for refunds on stuff-ups, like Jeremy's errors of fact associated with the Dawesville tender. The puzzling omission of Ray Neal and others from the witness list might be worth a look too.

For $3.3M, he'd want to be pretty good, he's got the rest of this year to prove it.
