Kevin "the world is not enough" Rudd apparently does want "Spanky Banky"'s job at the UN after all

Here are a few recent headlines.

Here's Kev 18 months ago, kicking off the campaign to get the top UN job by saying he doesn't want the top UN job.

Kevin's Twitter feed is chocka with photos from recent speeches he's given, papers he's written, think tanks he's contributing to and every conceivable other way to get noticed at the UN.

And it's good to see that Kevin's still got the pink-batt-companies-out-the-front-of-Parliament-House-memorial-prop/stunt notebook which makes him look like he cares enough about things said by people other than himself to take notes (there'll no doubt be a minder to take it from him after the session).
