The Thiess/Melbourne Water AWU Enterprise Agreement - Robyn McLeod, Bruce Wilson and the Workplace Reform Association

Thanks again to Seeker of Truth for persevering in the search for this elusive agreement.

I understand that it wasn't produced in the Royal Commission's hearings into the Melbourne Water matter. It may be of interest to the Commission - we'll let you know.

The Agreement describes the change process - no mention of the Workplace Reform Association!

And it prescribes the Thiess Superannuation Fund - on which Bruce Wilson and then AWU Employee and Gillard best friend Robyn McLeod were directors. Their Directorship was apparently kept secret from the AWU and the employees.
