The complaint to the AFP about The Speaker's use of a helicopter flight at taxpayer expense

Late yesterday Pat Conroy MP sent this letter to the Commissioner of the AFP.

His signature block has been excised from the above copy, other than that it's as he sent it.

Within a few hours the AFP advised it would not be investigating, here's the statement it sent to journalists.

And this is the Minchin Protocol.
