That was over 3 years and he risked prison by breaking the law to get it. As Chief of Army Morrison awards multi-million Govt contracts to a company that rewards him $200,000 for 25 days work for a means-nothing made-up job title, and he's home free. Just like Wilson's deal, this SCAM will be paid by the Taxpayer because Deloitte will simply pad their bottomline out (more than they normally would) to cover it. However they work it, if they are rewarding Morrison then corners will be cut elsewhere in the contract, so who is going to lose out? Surely not our frontline troops? They already have to beg, borrow or steal in triplicate to get battle-worthy materiel in the field. The reptile Morrison becomes more odious by the day.
