What's with the weird set of the jaw Chairman?

Maybe he's developed a phobic belief he has a bit of spinach stuck in his teeth.

Or does he think it hides his absence of achievement?

Mal, whoever you've been paying for the weird mouth lessons, get your money back mate. If this is what you're after

....you've either got it or you don't.
