Only in an unemployed person's paradise would it be possible to contemplate a trade union dedicated to improving pay and conditions for not working.  At all.

The incentive should be to stop bludging on other people's money and get to work in making some of your own.  But not here, there's a sense of pride among this mob in their achievement of absolutely nothing.
