Remember that ~$100M of Australian taxpayer money has been donated to the Clinton Foundation.

Every year the CF files a non-profit charity return to the IRS on Form 990.  It's designed to keep charities on the straight and narrow and requires declarations about a range of activities.

The CF has yet to publish its 990 return for 2015, the most recent 990 is for the 2014 calendar year.

This email exchange from late last year suggests that at least in 2015, the Foundation and the Hillary campaign were heavily involved in joint activities.

Tina is Clinton's chief of staff.

There's plenty of scope for joint activity.  The CF reports millions in IT consulting expenses, conference/party costs of about $16M and a huge travel bill.
