Why reward illegals with $10K starter packs when a veteran pays $7,000 visa fee for his wife

I'll let you know how Ralph and Ruby's Visa application is progressing through the normal channels.

I don't think it's fair that a man who volunteered for active service, who is now a TPI war veteran, who wrote out a cheque up to the value of his life made payable on demand to the people of Australia should now have to pay $7,000 just for bureaucrats to assess the suitability of his wife.

You might recall Victoria's Chief Magistrate in his judgement about Ralph Blewitt's credibility.

Hillbilly33 does.

Here's Hillbilly in his comment today about Ralph and Ruby and their imminent return to Australia.

If money is the only consideration Ralph, I'm happy to kick in $100 to start the ball rolling. That only leaves 69 others to do the same, and some may even be able to afford to be more generous. You more than deserve the chance to live out your life in the country you served so well. I'd be more than happy and very confident to have you watching my back in a trench anytime!

A bonus would be that your presence in Australia would increase the pressure on those who have been involved in this conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, as evidence mounts about the real reasons behind Gillard's admitted preparation of documents clearly fulfilling the criteria set down in his 2013 affidavit by Victorian Fraud Squad's Det.Sgt Ross Mitchell and endorsed by Chief Magistrate Lauritsen on 9 December 2013. This was before any knowledge of Gillard's alleged 13 May 1992 letter to the WA CAC and the clearly forged 15 May 1992 letter in reply allegedly penned by Ray Neal, or the 21 May 1992 Memorandum prepared by Gillard with the alleged Rule 3A drafted by her plus a letter she drafted word for word for Blewitt to write to Ray Neal on the letterhead of a sham association she confessed to knowing that at every stage she gave advice and assistance to her lover Bruce Wilson and Ralph Blewitt, had never existed, let alone in a form eligible to apply for incorporation under the non-industrial Act she specifically advised Wilson to use.

Even lacking that vital knowledge of Gillard's skulduggery, it is well worth noting Lauritsen's words about Ralph and his credibility re the AWU-WRA.

'The Chief Magistrate then described Wilson and Blewitt's activities associated with the AWU WRA and pointed to the evidence under oath of Joe Trio, Nick Jukes, Ian Cambridge and Ralph Blewitt.
He found Ralph Blewitt to be a witness of credit whose evidence was not diminished by the submissions of Wilson's counsel.   He found there was "a good deal of corroboration of Blewitt's evidence" and that in relation to the role of the AWU WRA "there is nothing of value to rebut his evidence".
He then described Section 125 of the Evidence Act and the law that underpins Sergeant MITCHELL's application.'

All the best to you and Ruby.
Cheers H/B

Ralph Blewitt wasn't always 70 years old.

Something unspeakable happened to a little bloke like the little blokes in this photo.  Ralph was there.

Ralph lives with that.  Ruby understands it.  It shouldn't cost him $7,000 to convince a bureaucrat what Ralph already knows about his wife.

When the enemy receives $10,000 welcome packs as a reward for breaching our borders, a veteran and his wife should at least get to call Australia home - without paying a bureaucrat $7,000 for the honour.

Turnbull's Sheik Shady dinner cost $33,000 - the insult to Australia will last forever

Screen Shot 2017-01-12 at 10.16.38 am

6a0177444b0c2e970d01b8d1f87935970cHere are the financial costs of Turnbull's dinner with the death-cult Sheik and Mufti.

The damage to Australia is priceless.

The Mufti's support for the Sheik stands.

The Mufti's repudiation of Australia's PM stands.

Turnbull's failure to condemn the Mufti condemns Turnbull.

$5,800 for Turnbull's staff to fly in and stay in hotels.

$800 in flowers.

$18K in halal catering and marquee.

But the real damage to Australia is not financial.

That came some days later.

First Turnbull clumsily had a shot at Sheik Shady for the Sheik (and Islam's) exhortations to murder homosexuals and adulterers.

Then the Sheik shot back.  And was backed up by the Mufti.

According to them, people who criticise the Sheik's views are the terrorists.

Sheik Shady right.  Australia wrong.

I said then Turnbull had to denounce the Mufti's public statement.

But he did not.

Weak.  A pushover.

And we will pay the price.

Read all about it.  You will be angry.

George Soros "didn't want anything" for donations, he was 'just giving back'

This email is from Rob Wolfe - the proprietor of one of the legions of consultancies the Clintons use to tell them what to say.

The time frame - this email was sent on 10 March 2016.  You'll see Hillary in the video taken on the following Super Tuesday, 15 March 2016.

Confirmation that Soros was Clinton's major campaign funder.  But he didn't want anything.  He was just giving back.

Check out the hedge funds funding Hillary in the first few months of last year.  Reckon they were just giving back too?

And the 32Advisors consultancy?

32 was the number Rob Wolfe wore in his footy team.  What better credentials could there be?

Ralph Blewitt's preparations to return to Australia

The stumbling block for Ralph and Ruby had been the $7,000 application fee for the Australian Government to consider Ruby's spousal visa application.

Right now Ralph's waiting to see if there is any provision for a TPI war veteran on a DVA pension to have the fee waived.

We'll keep you posted.

Here is some of the statement I've made in support of Ralph and Ruby's application.

Question 3

I am an Australian journalist. In or around September 2012 I was introduced to Ralph Edwyn BLEWITT by his two Australian lawyers, Ric Thomas and the late Harry Nowicki.  Mr BLEWITT had volunteered information about serious unsolved crimes. I conducted dozens of telephone interviews with Mr BLEWITT and as a result of information he gave me I made a report of serious indictable offences to the Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police.  That report led to the establishment of Operation Tendement, the $67M Royal Commission into Trade Union Governance and Corruption and the ongoing multi police task force Operation Heracles.  Since 2012 I have spoken to Ralph and Ruby every few days.  I have visited them at their home many times.

Question 4

I know Ralph and Ruby's relationship to be genuine and ongoing.  Ruby has been present on every occassion I've visited Ralph and Ruby's home.  They are a genuine loving married couple.  Ralph has adopted Ruby's religion for the purposes of their marriage.  He is accepted into Ruby's wider family.  I have visited Ruby's extended family at functions in the Malaysian state of Kedah and at her place of birth in Kuching Sarawak Borneo.  Ralph is welcomed into the family like a son.

Other matters in support

Ralph is a Vietnam War veteran.  He served in the 2nd Battalion the Royal Australian Regiment as a rifleman during the Battalion's 1967/68 tour of South Vietnam and saw considerable active service.  As a direct result of his war service Ralph is Totally and Permanently Incapacitated.  Ruby understands Ralph's PTSD and is an important part of his care regime.  Ruby understand the vicissitudes of Ralph's moods and the medication regime prescribed by his Australian physicians.  Ruby's care and support in this regard is complete, unselfish and unwavering.

I have not encountered a stronger marriage than Ralph and Ruby Blewitt.

Sussan Ley on what comes first at taxpayer funded Team Turnbull

This is the transcript of Sussan Ley's media conference a couple of days ago.

Screen Shot 2017-01-10 at 11.07.53 pm

WORD COUNT

Sorry - nil

Error - nil

Mistake - nil

Normal, community standards etc - all nil

Apologise - one to Helen, a journalist, well into the Q and A after Ley's prepared statement.  Ley apologised to Helen "for the distraction this has caused to the agenda of the government and my colleagues in Cabinet".

Lots has been said about Sussan Ley's parties with Sarina Russo, lavish entertainment at the tennis, footy and races, her taxpayer funded private jet trips to snatch a real estate bargain and her general reflection of the Turnbull values.

But one phrase jumps out for me.  Unashamed.  Bald-faced.  There it is from the Minister's own mouth:

Screen Shot 2017-01-10 at 11.23.06 pm

The team comes first.

Not the taxpayers, nor the public, nor the electorate, nor the constituents, nor principle, nor is it the Westminster conventions of ministerial behaviour.

This is what comes first:

Screen Shot 2017-01-10 at 11.03.36 pm

At least with Tony Abbott it was Team Australia.

Memo to Sussan - taxpayers didn't elect you to put Team Turnbull's interests before theirs.

We always sense that politicians put their personal and party interests first - but few actually say it.  It's a measure of how far we've slipped that it's now unextraordinary.

Here's one of the sub-teams within the Turnbull Team.  The "incredibly proud" team of "really impressive" women as shown in this no real men allowed photo.

Screen Shot 2017-01-10 at 11.33.10 pm

For me it's not so much what Ley's done.  It's what happened next and the free and easy way she speaks about really horrible priorities.

In Canberra and in the Press Gallery this is just not extraordinary.

Sus(s)an Ley said "the team comes first".

They all feel that way.  It's an Insiders paradise.

Well they can go and get knotted.

And so can you Sussan Ley.

Sus(s)an Ley also tells us

  • She looks forward to resuming my important work in the Health, Sport and Aged Care portfolios at the earliest opportunity
  • She only apologises for the distraction that this issue has caused since it arose, I think late last week, to the agenda of the Government and my colleagues in Cabinet. Now, I’m calling it a distraction because that’s what it is
  • She reads the press, she's sometimes disappointed with what she reads, she sometimes regrets that her statements aren’t accurately reported, but she hasn't been able to ignore the level of intense interest and speculation.
  • Having prejudged the conclusion of being stood aside while Turnbull's mate checks stuff out, she'll  be back as quickly as possible so we can get to the end of this and 'she' can get back to 'her' job.

We didn't put you there for you and your dodgy mates to put yourselves first.

A Ministry of the Crown isn't yours.  It's ours.

You work for us.  No matter what your party girl mate Sarina says.

Unprovoked, a bull shark charges and attacks spearfisherman in FNQ - video

Danny Henricks, 35, told the ABC he was on holidays in Queensland on a spearfishing expedition, but was separated from the group when the incident occurred.

"I was going to go for a deep dive, got halfway down ... I seen him [the shark] on edge of the channel deep down," Mr Henricks said.

"He didn't worry me at all, he didn't care about me, then he saw me, turned and came towards me half-pace ... I sort of stopped in the middle of the water.

"I thought he was going to come towards me half-pace ... I thought he was going to suss me out so I was just going to poke him away to show I wasn't food. I just wanted him to keep me at a distance.

"The last five to six metres he just went full charge.

"I lunged forward with the gun a little bit just before he got there but most of it was his force."

The shark was impaled on the speargun through the mouth, and thrashed around before Mr Henricks let go and swam for the surface.

"I thought about getting it [the gun] back but thought it wasn't worth it ... I was miles from anywhere and I didn't know what was happening and why it was happening, so to be on the safe side I let it go and went back to the boat."
