A bill aimed at Bill Clintons was presented to the Arkansas state legislature on Thursday. If passed it will strip Clinton's name from the Little Rock international airport.

Here's the bloke behind it. He explained why he's doing it in language you'd have to call plain-speaking.

"You have a president who was impeached for having an affair with an intern in the Oval Office and then disbarred.”
