Yes John Cain Jr - now the man responsible for deciding what cases go to court and what crooks can walk away.

With their 90% conviction metric it's now apparently the OPP rather than juries who decide guilt and innocence.

Must have been painful for John to read Bernard Murphy's notes taken at the time of the Murphy/Cain discussions on Wilson and the AWU crimes.

Cain knew about the secret commissions, the notes show that clearly.
