Only a once-in-a-lifetime political tool could piss off The Left by gifting $500M in the name of the environment.

That unique political tool is Chairman Mal.

Absolutely bereft of judgement, tool-man has managed the feat of upsetting everyone over his $500M taxpayer money handover.
