Lest We Forget.

Around 300 members of the Australian Defence Force will soon depart for Operation Okra, Iraq. The soldiers were recently farewelled during a parade at Gallipoli Barracks.

Soldiers from the Brisbane-based, 1st Regiment, Royal Australian Artillery and 6th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment, make up the bulk of the eighth rotation of Task Group Taji.

Task Group Taji 8 will train, advise and assist the Iraqi Security Forces to contribute to stability in Iraq.
