Marmion on the GILLARD forgery
Tuesday, 02 October 2018
One of our great contributors Marmion posted this comment about the upcoming private prosecution.
Marmion the real Commissioner for Corporate Affairs at the time and his staff wholeheartedly agree with you!
It's like a marriage celebrant telling a bloke who's already married, "I'll marry you today as long as you promise to get a divorce from your current wife within 30 days after the new marriage".
It's a ridiculous offer - and there it is in the ridiculous forgery created in 1995 when GILLARD and WILSON came unstuck.
This Memorandum is a forgery too.
It was created after the date on which it pretends to have been created.
Any problems - give me a ring!
That's not what professional genuine arm's-length lawyers put in writing to their clients.
The memo's not on Slater and Gordon letterhead, there's no phone number in the, ahem, MEMORANDUM - signed JULIA .
Most importantly JULIA didn't even trust Ralph to get the name of the AWU-WRA Inc right in the application form, she wrote those details in herself. What are the odds she would've trusted him to effect a complex rule change?
Marmion is right.
Hillbilly 33 has been right all the way along.
There was no association to effect a rule change - let alone to have already acquired "letterhead".
AMJEG1.5 is in a spot of bother.
