In August Scott Morrison appointed Barnaby Joyce as his "Special Envoy for Drought".

Yesterday the PM released this show-reel of drought related measures.

Score the prominence of the "Special Envoy for Drought" on a scale of 1-10 where:

10 is "My Special Envoy is by my side as we work together" and
1 is "There are leadership tensions in the Nats, Barnaby's on the nose, have a yarn to the editors"
