Bill Shorten's parting line came from the heart of the Liberal Party's being!

Never lose faith in the power of individuals

Bit different from "The workers, united, will never be defeated".

He's conceded that Labor won't be able to form government.

Bill Shorten is also gone as leader of the Labor Party.

Chloe is yet to make a public statement!
