Here's the way the Colombaris establishments underpayments came to notice, and what the organisation has voluntarily done to remedy the situation.

None of this was the result of union action.

No wonder the bloody union is "shocked"!

It had no idea what was going on with the workers it's now so passionate about.

Isn't the whole idea of unions, with their Right of Entry Permits etc to make sure workers are receiving their entitlements?
