Why is our government so blind?

Minister Payne's official public document on Fatah and Mahmoud Abbas's Palestinian Authority says this about our $43M:

Our Aid Investment Plan aligns with the Palestinian Authority’s (PA) National Policy Agenda.

And under the heading Program Highlights, this:

Australian funding to UNRWA contributed to universal primary education for 526,000 Palestinian students

So what is the result of our funding for the Palestinian Authority and its unspeakable education system?

See for yourself.

I only wish the Australian Government could.
