Veteran Mick Quinn has dedicated his life to helping his veteran mates.

Early yesterday morning, Mick recorded this message for the RSL's leadership.

Clearly Mick is frustrated.

But even more obviously, he's focussed on the needs of his fellow veterans.

Mick's the sort of salt-of-the-earth bloke you'd want by your side in a blue.

So what do you reckon the "management" of the RSL has done in response?

The RSL used to be about looking after your mates.

Maybe Jamie Twidale CSM could do with a reminder.

Here's some of the manager of the RSL Jamie Twidale GAICD (Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors) Linkedin page - his personal mission is "to build an inclusive RSL".

He's been in the manager's job since December. Hasn't taken him long to leave his mark.
