For all the ABC’s gloating and self congratulations, just one of its programmes made the top 10 viewing in the last week around Australia - one of the worst showings in ages.
It’s news and current affairs shows sit well below the self-funded commercial offerings.
The ABC TV thinks it’s vastly more important than the viewing public does.
