Dunno about the peaceful life the PM talks about prior to then Lieutenant Cook's arrival or the "loss of country".

His tone to me is a bit too apologetic.

And the music!!!!

My final impression is of a PM who sounds a bit like he wants to cry while talking about something he says is great, it's all a bit mixed up.
