There's no Australian flag on the Victorian Health Department's website.
Instead, these 3 have pride of place.
If I was a Torres Strait Islander, I'd be scratching my head about the Mexicans knocking off my flag.
The Torres Strait Islands are more than 3,000 kilometres away. Heaps closer to Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines, Solomon Islands and plenty more ethnically and culturally aligned nations.
Can anyone explain why Victoria's knocked their flag off?
