Energex confirmed more than 378,000 residents across the state‘s southeast, stretching from the Gold Coast to Caboolture, north of Brisbane, had been affected. Ergon Energy reported a further 90,000 residents in greater Queensland as feeder lines to the state’s central, southwest and northern regions were impacted.
